Jackson, TN - Reichhold Machinery, Inc. represents new line of heavy duty manual single axis coordinate measuring tables for
flat / heavy parts. Designed for parts weighing over 75 pounds these tables are available in standard sizes up to 6 feet wide
and 12 feet long. Tables can handle plates or sheets to 1000 lbs.
Single axis models utilize a Heidenhain glass scale and readout. Positioning the part against the stop bar and touching the
opposite end of the part with the probe that comes up from the bottom of the table shows the part length. By turning the part
90 degrees the part width is easily measured. Normal cycle time to measure part length and width is less then two minutes. Tables
are designed to work in a shop environment without an air conditioned clean room.
Ergonomically designed retractable pneumatic pop up balls help you manipulate your part with the flip of a switch or foot pedal.
Applying a maximum of 50 PSI air pressure to the balls, which lift above the table surface by .375 inches, allows you to easily
manipulate your part.
By flipping the switch or hitting the foot pedal the balls will retract .065 inches below the table surface.
